  Suggested use

  Adults – Take one tablet daily at bedtime, as a dietary supplement.

  Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.

  Guaranteed no added: Sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives. Sodium free.

  Warnings

  Caution: For adult use only at bedtime. Not for use by children, teenagers, pregnant or lactating women.
